It's time to become king of the pirates! This format follows a unique restriction, which is perfect for new players. The top 10 leaders are banned! This will allow for more budget options, as well as more fun deck building.
As this is a sanctioned tournament that is the day after the full release of OP-16, OP-16 cards will not be allowed at the tournament. It is too soon for them to be legal.
