Room Rental Policy

  • Reservations & Payment: Rooms must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to hold your reservation.
  • Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
  • Time: Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please arrive on time and vacate promptly at the end of your slot.
  • Food & Drinks: Outside food is allowed. No outside drinks. Drinks must be purchased from Gamezenter.
  • Care of Space: Please treat the room, furniture, and games with care. Groups are responsible for any damage.
  • Cleanliness: Leave the room reasonably clean. Trash in bins, furniture returned.
  • Conduct: All guests must follow Gamezenter’s store rules. Disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior may end the event without refund.
  • Minors: Groups with minors must have an adult present at all times.
  • Liability: Gamezenter is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
