How do you determine the offer price for my games?
Our trade offers are based on several factors: the game’s physical condition, component completeness, market demand, and our current stock levels. We do not base offers on original retail price (MSRP) or what you originally paid for the game. Because secondary market demand fluctuates and our inventory needs change, trade-in values will vary.
When can I bring games in to sell?
Trade-in intake is open every day before 5:00 PM. Because verifying components takes time and focus, our intake closes at 5:00 PM so our evening staff can focus on tournament play and evening events.
What payout options do you offer?
You can choose between cash or Gamezenter store credit. Choosing store credit typically earns you a higher payout percentage, which you can apply toward new releases, snacks, events, and more.
How does the drop-off and intake process work?
Walk-Ins (Small Batches): Bring up to 15 games directly to our customer service counter during regular business hours. A staff member will inspect the box and components while you browse or grab a drink.
Large Collections (15+ Games): To make sure we give your games thorough attention without keeping you waiting, collections of 15 or more titles require a drop-off appointment. Please email us ahead of time at usedgames@gamezenter.com with a list or photo of your titles to schedule a time.
What condition do my games need to be in?
Clean and free of smoke, pet damage, water stains, mold or heavy wear. Organized components will speed up the evaluation process!
Can I return a used game if I change my mind?
All sales on pre-owned games are final. We strongly encourage customers to inspect box contents before purchase.
